What SCI Door does

Garage doors, springs, openers and commercial doors

A sectional door is four jobs stacked on top of each other: the door, the springs that lift it, the opener that runs it, and the bigger doors on shops and farm buildings. Below they sit in that order, the way the sections of one door sit in its frame. We serve the whole valley, from the towns on our service area page.

New garage doors

Carriage house, raised panel and full view glass doors from the Amarr line. Each door is custom-made to its opening, so a technician measures the rough opening, headroom and track clearance first and checks that your opener can run the new weight. Installers haul away the old door, set the tracks plumb and level, hang torsion springs and balance the system. Estimates are free on new and replacement doors.

Springs, cables and repair

A broken spring, a cable off its drum, a door that left its track or a panel that met a bumper. We take safety calls first, secure the door, and carry common parts, so many repairs finish in one visit, often the same day depending on parts and call volume. Where only one panel is damaged, it can often be replaced without a whole new door. We explain the problem and the price before any work starts.

Openers, keypads and myQ

We are a LiftMaster dealer and a registered myQ Diagnostics dealer. Trolley operators run sectional doors, hoist operators handle the heavier ones, and a keypad on the jamb saves a trip back inside. Lost a remote and cannot get the replacement to program? Call the office. With myQ the door opens from your phone and the opener can report its own errors.

Commercial overhead doors

Shops, warehouses, storage buildings and farm doors get sectionals, rolling curtain doors or high-speed doors, matched to how often the bay cycles through a valley summer and winter. Trolley or hoist operators run them, and we repair busy doors when they give out. For larger commercial jobs, financing or phased repairs can be discussed during the estimate.

Commercial doors and operators

Pick the door off the wall.

Our shop at 1118 N 6th Ave hangs full-height door sections side by side in wood-grain, black, white and tan. Walk the wall, hold a raised-panel sample, then we come out and measure.
